1. Allowed electricity trading directly from investors of rooftop solar PV system to consumers, there are 4 model of rooftop solar PV system:
1.1. Electricity consumer: is a model of rooftop solar PV system that installed with a connection point between electric metering system and consumption system. Measuring system uses two-way electric meter.
1.2. Electric business household: is a model of rooftop solar PV system installed with connection point between the metering system and buyer’s grid.
1.3. Direct purchase and sale of electricity: is a business model that individuals, organizations invest, produce and sell electricity from solar PV system to other individuals and organizations that are not connected and do not use the national electricity grid.
1.4. Intermediary of purchasing and selling electricity: is a business model of electricity trading that individuals/organizations invest in producing and selling electricity from rooftop solar PV system connected to electricity grids of distributors/retailers who are not under EVN and sell electricity to electricity companies (under EVN).
2. Solar electricity price will be divided into 4 areas and 4 types of solar project: solar electricity price varies from VND1.566/USD cent 6.85 to VND2.486/USD cents 10.87.
3. EVN is responsible for purchasing all the electricity produced from on-grid solar power projects provided that OPERATING CONDITIONS OF THE GRID IS SECURED.
