- Source Licensed Alcohol: Ensure that alcohol sold is obtained from licensed producers, distributors, wholesalers, or retailers.
- Safety Compliance: Fulfill fire safety and environmental requirements to meet legal standards.
- Valid Production Licenses: If you produce alcohol for on-premises consumption, you must have a license for mass production or home production for business purposes.
